Welcome to District 18

District 18 serves secondary choral directors in Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, and Collier Counties. We encourage all Middle and High School Choir Directors to get involved in FVA and District 18.

Reminders to Directors

The FVA Handbook has all the information you will ever need to know about All State, MPA and Solo and Ensemble. District 18 Minutes and e-mails will keep you up-to-date on all deadlines and rules. It is crucial that you meet our district’s deadlines, so our District Chair can meet theirs. If you have additional questions or need clarifications, please do not hesitate to e-mail Trista or Nancy.

Registration for all FVA events is online and requires payment to District 18.
No personal checks will be accepted for any FVA events.

  • HS Director Meeting @ 4:00pm/Theory Test @ 4:30pm
  • MS Director Meeting @ 5:00pm/Theory Test @ 5:30pm

Fees: $15 per Student

All State Test #2 (Vocal)

  • Solo $15/Small Ensemble or Small Special Cat. = $25
  • Duet $20/Large Ensemble or Large Special Cat. = $35
  • Piano Solo $15/Student Conductor = $20
  • District Medals = $3

Location: Gulf Coast High School

Report Time: Please arrive 30 minutes before scheduled block

Registration Deadline:

Fees: $150 per ensemble

 

*Please Note – If you are sending payment for S&E and Choral MPA at the same time, please make sure checks and paperwork are clearly marked to avoid confusion.
